Community Reserve Fund
Members maintain a 25 USDT Community Reserve Fund balance as part of good standing. The fund pools small shared contributions so the circle can respond when an eligible member’s family needs support. Brossis distinguishes targets from actual community balances and publishes reserve and payment information as the platform grows. When approved assistance is paid, members may be asked to replenish their balance. Community funeral assistance is a flat 10,000 USDT worldwide for eligible members, subject to verification and Review Circle approval.
Governance overview
The nine-seat Governance Council includes three founder representatives, three member representatives, and three independent advisors. Standard council decisions require five of nine votes; major decisions require six of nine. Assistance requests are decided by the five-member Review Circle, with a minimum of three approvals required.
