Agreement
By accessing brossis.org, joining through Telegram, or participating as a member, you agree to these Terms of Use and the published Brossis membership rules. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
What Brossis is
Brossis is a member-run mutual support community, not an insurance policy. Community funeral assistance of 10,000 USDT worldwide is subject to eligibility, continuous active membership (including the one-year eligibility period), identity verification, Review Circle approval, and applicable rules in effect at the time of a request.
Membership and contributions
Members agree to:
- Maintain the published Community Reserve Fund balance and annual membership fee
- Complete Didit identity verification and provide accurate information
- Name two beneficiaries — primary and secondary — who may request assistance if you pass away as an eligible member
- Replenish shared fund balances when notified after approved assistance
- Follow Telegram Mini App and TON wallet security practices
Beneficiaries
You must designate two beneficiaries. The primary beneficiary is the first contact for assistance requests. If the primary beneficiary cannot act, the secondary beneficiary may request benefits and communicate with Brossis, subject to verification and Review Circle review.
Assistance requests
Assistance requests require documentation of an eligible member’s death, verification of membership standing, and approval by at least three of five Review Circle members. Payments are authorized through multisig controls and recorded on-chain. Brossis may decline requests that do not meet published criteria or that indicate fraud or abuse.
Governance
Changes to assistance amounts, fees, referral terms, or core rules require Governance Council approval — six of nine votes for major decisions. Standard operational decisions require five of nine council representative votes. Members may participate in governance processes as described in published documentation.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Provide false identity or beneficiary information
- Attempt duplicate memberships or circumvent verification
- Interfere with platform security, governance votes, or Review Circle processes
- Use Brossis for unlawful purposes or misrepresent the nature of the community
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and services are provided as described in published materials. Brossis disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited as allowed under applicable law. Regulatory treatment varies by jurisdiction; members are responsible for understanding local requirements.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms of Use with a new effective date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Legal questions: info@brossis.org. General contact: hello@brossis.org or support@brossis.org.
